Service Description

Are migraines disrupting your life? Craniosacral Therapy (CST) offers a gentle, non-invasive solution to help reduce the frequency and intensity of migraine headaches. This hands-on therapy focuses on releasing tension in the central nervous system, promoting deep relaxation, and restoring the body’s natural ability to heal. How Craniosacral Therapy Helps with Migraines Migraines are often linked to imbalances in the nervous system, restricted cranial bones, or cerebrospinal fluid flow disruptions. CST works by: Releasing Tension in the Head & Neck – Gentle touch helps ease restrictions in the cranial bones, fascia, and membranes, reducing pressure that may contribute to migraines. Balancing the Nervous System – By calming the fight-or-flight response, CST helps regulate stress hormones, a common migraine trigger. Improving Cerebrospinal Fluid Flow – Enhances circulation of cerebrospinal fluid, which nourishes the brain and removes waste, potentially reducing headache frequency. Addressing TMJ & Sinus Issues – Many migraines are connected to jaw tension or sinus congestion, which CST can help alleviate. Reducing Stress & Muscle Tension – Deep relaxation encourages the body to release stored tension, preventing migraine triggers. What to Expect in a Session During a CST session, you’ll lie fully clothed on a massage table while the practitioner uses light touch (about the weight of a nickel) to assess and release restrictions in your craniosacral system. Many clients report feeling deeply relaxed, with some experiencing immediate relief, while others notice gradual improvements over several sessions. **Why Choose Craniosacral Therapy for Migraines?** - **Drug-Free & Non-Invasive** – A natural alternative to medications. - **Holistic Approach** – Addresses root causes, not just symptoms. - **Safe for All Ages** – Suitable even for those sensitive to touch or traditional therapies. - **Complements Other Treatments** – Works well alongside chiropractic care, acupuncture, and physical therapy. Book a session today, and take the first step toward lasting relief. *(Note: CST is not a substitute for medical treatment but can be a valuable part of a holistic migraine manag
